The Russell Pkwy store has an excellent mechanic. I took my Nissan Pathfinder there when my power windows and door locks quit working. The likely problem was the driver side power window switch which costs over $200. Mr. Hooks disassembled the switch as much as possible and cleaned it really good. Then everything started working again. Saved me over $200. I'm a happy customer.
